Acquired Jan 2020 - Sold Sept 2022

Arrowstar acquired The Canyon in January of 2020. After completing the business plan for this property and attaining optimal value for this investment it was sold in September of 2022.

Hidden Park

Acquired July 2021 - Sold Sept 2022

Arrowstar acquired Hidden Park as part of a multi-asset portfolio in July of 2021. With the completion of significant value add projects, the asset was acquired by another operator for an outsized return based on pro forma projections.
